 Twin up to quad outputs means you can operate 2 to 4 receivers from this LNBF and have full control over both receivers at the same time.  You cannot use a splitter to feed two receivers from a single output LNBF.  If you are adding that second receiver, this is the LNBF you need.  40mm throat allow mounting it on the most popular dishes.  0.2dB noise and excellent stability means you will have great pictures receiving digital or analog
